What is it?
The culinary teambuilding program combines healthy competition with healthy eating and promotes awareness of locally grown food. The purpose of the challenge is to teach participants about the positive impact food can have on mental health and how to make more educated food choices.
How It Works
Split into teams, participants compete against each other to create healthy recipes in a set amount of time. There are rules everyone must follow and certain ingredients that must be used in order to win the challenge (further details will be revealed at the time of the event).
To further promote health and well-being within the community and to support local farmers their and produce, the snacks we create are donated to food banks or a similar charity.
